Consultation

The consultation is a very important step in your fitness journey. During the consultation you will fill out a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) to ensure any medical requirements are fully considered when tailor making your program. We will then take your measurements, body fat percentage, lean muscle mass and BMI. This can be a scary step for some, but Don't Worry! You are in a professional non judgemental environment -

You will train in a safe environment under the supervision of one of our qualified personal trainers who will ensure you are doing the exercises properly and motivate you through each session. Plans will be changed according to progress approximately every 4 weeks

Stretching is an essential tool to optimize your training. The more flexible you are the better your form will be while exercising, the less likely you are to feel stiff and tight after your workouts but most importantly the less likely you are to get injured.

Nutrition plans are a great way to keep your insides healthy. Having a good diet accompanied with the right program will help you get the best results! We will plan what you eat, how much of it you eat and how often you eat it taking your goals and training into consideration.

DB Fitness Academy provide you with an understanding of nutrition combined with an exercise program.

Our nutrition booklet will give you vital information for you to see the best results, it will explain and break down how much protein, carbohydrates and fats you need for weight loss. weight loss is 75% nutrition and diet and 25% exercise and that why at DB Fitness Academy we focus just as much on diet and nutrition as we do on the exercise.

The nutrition consultation is a very important part of you getting the best results.
